Raw Foods Chocolate Coconut Rounds

Chocolate Coconut Rounds

1 cup dried coconut

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

1/4 cup maple syrup OR honey

2 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 tsp vanilla

pinch salt

Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Melt the coconut oil and add remaining wet ingredients in another bowl. Pour it over the dry and mix well. Spoon rounds on to the mat and set it in the fridge to firm up. Enjoy!
